The challenge
Most prospects arrive with a vague idea — "we need a better website" — but little clarity on platform, structure, or phasing. Scoping calls are valuable, but repeating the same discovery framing eats time before the conversation gets specific.
The approach
Rather than a generic chatbot, Scope was built as a structured product with a fixed output schema — the same categories I use when scoping real client work. Cached examples show the format instantly; one free live scope per visitor handles their own brief, with contact handoff when they want to go further.
